Since September there has been a reason that I have been quiet, I went on holiday to Donegal and bought some wool, with this wool I made some hats and gave some of them away. Next I was convinced to take them to a few Craft Fairs and sell some, a few turned into a lot, now I am selling hats and flower brooches every week at a market in Belfast! I have even been interviewed for Scandinavian TV, seems people like the idea of Irish yarn :)

Try to negotiate for extras that translate into less out-of-pocket expenses for you. Getting extras like appliances are nice, but the best ones are like payment of closing costs, property taxes, and credit for making home repairs. These extras will ease your financial burden more than anything else that the seller can offer you.
